The service

Cozii Homes is an online platform that connects landlords and tenants for furnished stays of 1–12 months, with a minimum of 31 days. Cozii Homes is not a party to the lease, which is entered into directly between landlord and tenant.

Listing rules

• Information, photos and prices must be accurate and up to date.
• The landlord must own the home or have permission from the landlord or housing association to rent it out.
• No discrimination of tenants on any grounds.
• Stays must be at least 31 days and at most 12 months.

Fees

Listing is free. Landlords pay a success fee of 9% of the total lease rent when a home is rented. Tenants pay a one-time fee of 2,495 DKK per booking. All prices are excl. VAT.

Moderation

Cozii Homes reviews listings before publication and may refuse, edit requests for, pause or remove listings, booking requests or accounts that break these terms or the law.

Your responsibilities

Keep your login safe, provide truthful information and comply with applicable law, including Danish rental law. Information on the site about rental law is general and not legal advice.

Limitation of liability

Cozii Homes provides the platform as is. To the extent permitted by law, Cozii Homes is not liable for indirect losses, or for the condition of homes or the conduct of landlords and tenants.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
